We will run PACER, and State Court, electronic record/document searches. Our rate, per page charge, and minimum deposit is affordable.

Document and Pleading Preparation

We prepare professional, post conviction and civil pleadings. We also prepare Motions and/or Petitions Challenging State prior predicate offenses; Direct Appeals, Petitions for Rehearing or Rehearing En Banc; Petitions for Writ of Certiorari; and Petitions for Writ of Prohibition and/or Mandamus.
